Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Eligible new users may receive a fourteen (14)-day free trial. No payment information is required to begin the current trial offer, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

You must affirmatively choose to subscribe and provide an accepted payment method before any subscription charge is made. Because the free trial does not involve a payment, there is no trial charge to refund.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Buy Sell Tracker is currently offered as a monthly subscription. Each successful payment purchases access for one complete monthly billing period.

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Easy Computer Systems, LLC determines that a charge resulted from a verified billing error.

Any use of Buy Sell Tracker during a monthly billing period is billed at the full monthly subscription price. We do not provide prorated refunds, partial-month credits, or refunds based on the number of days or features used during that period.

Choosing not to use the service, forgetting to cancel, or using the service only briefly during a billing period does not create a right to a refund.

3. Cancellation and Continued Access

You may cancel your subscription through available account settings or by following the cancellation instructions provided by Buy Sell Tracker.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future recurring charges and becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Your account will normally continue to have paid access through the end of that period.

Cancellation does not retroactively reverse or refund a charge for a billing period that has already begun. No refund or credit is provided for unused time remaining after cancellation.

Account closure, subscription cancellation, and deletion of User Data may be separate actions. You are responsible for saving any records you need before access ends or data is deleted.

4. Possible Annual Subscription Offers

Easy Computer Systems, LLC may offer an annual subscription or other prepaid subscription term in the future, including an annual plan offered at a discount compared with paying monthly.

If an annual or other prepaid plan is offered, its price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and any plan-specific conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless different terms are expressly stated at the time of purchase or a refund is required by law, prepaid annual and other fixed-term subscription charges will be non-refundable once the paid term begins. Cancellation will stop the next renewal, while access will continue through the end of the already-paid term.

Annual-plan discounts, promotional pricing, and plan availability may be changed or discontinued for future purchases or renewals.

5. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a properly completed cancellation, charged an incorrect amount, or otherwise billed in error, contact us promptly.

We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate, including the account email address, transaction date, charged amount, and payment-processor transaction reference.

If we verify that a charge was made in error, we will correct the charge or issue an appropriate refund or credit. Refund timing may depend on the payment processor and your financial institution.

Contacting us first may allow a billing concern to be resolved more quickly. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Service Discontinuation

Easy Computer Systems, LLC reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, retire, or permanently shut down all or part of Buy Sell Tracker as described in the Terms of Service.

If we permanently discontinue the entire paid service before the end of an active prepaid subscription term, we may provide a prorated refund or account credit for the unused portion of that term when reasonably practical.

This section does not guarantee that a refund, credit, advance notice, or continued access will be possible in every circumstance, including events beyond our reasonable control. Any refund that is legally required will be provided as required by applicable law.

7. Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law requires a refund or provides a mandatory cancellation right, that law will control to the extent it conflicts with this Policy.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as subscription options, payment processing, pricing, or legal requirements change.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing subscribers may also be communicated through the website, application, or email.

Unless otherwise required by law, the refund terms disclosed when a subscription purchase is made will govern that completed purchase.
